The Berkeley, California-based Pacific Film Archive will feature an anime festival in June, with an emphasis on the works of Osamu Tezuka. Films shown include Tezuka's experimental films "Tales of the Street Corner," "Legend of the Forest," "Pictures at an Exhibition," "Jumping," and "Broken Down Film", as well as the BlackJack movie, Kiki's Delivery Service (the Disney dub), the 1967 film "Band of Ninja", the dub of Ghost in the Shell, and the 1997 Tezuka memorial project "Jungle Emperor Leo" movie. Also, the two-part History of Japanese Animation from the 70's, and various award-winning shorts will be shown.
